A Ruin, A Dream, Our Story

We are Angela and Mirko, married since 2000 and deeply in love with the history and nature of the Itria Valley (Valle d'Itria). This is not just a place to stay; it is a refuge that we have built with love.

In 2019, we embarked on the adventure of restoring this ancient residence in Martina Franca. Our mission was to bring it back to life while preserving its rustic soul and original features, enriching it with modern comfort.

Thanks to Mirko's expertise in automation, we also offer maximum smart comfort: you can autonomously control the ideal temperature in every room via smartphone, regardless of the season.
